Seeking counseling can be a powerful decision to work towards living a more whole and fulfilling life.

Treatment is tailored to each individual and is a collaborative effort between client and therapist. Some interventions that may be covered are inner child work, ego work, mindfulness, the subconscious mind, boundaries, somatic interventions, attachment, narratives, authentic self, self-regulation skills.

Through a client-centered approach, our therapist creates a safe and supportive space for clients to explore and process their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors related to their trauma. Clients learn skills and techniques to regulate their emotions, manage their triggers, and develop healthy coping strategies. The therapy also focuses on building resilience and self-compassion, improving relationships, and creating a sense of empowerment and control.

Individual therapy sessions aim to help clients understand their trauma and live a more fulfilling life by cultivating greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and self-mastery.

Sound healing is offered in combination with talk therapy to help treat such conditions as

stress, anxiety, depression, and pain.
