As an independent, licensed clinical social worker associate, Rachel Hay believes in the inherent resilience of the human spirit. With a background deeply rooted in psychology and a passion for alternative healing modalities, Rachel offers a unique blend of talk therapy and sound-based interventions to support you on your path to healing and transformation.
Growing up in the beautiful forests of Washington State, Rachel remains connected to her roots as a dedicated ally for the people in her community. Earning a master’s in social work and addictions studies she found that using somatic experiencing, mindfulness, reiki and person-centered approaches help individuals build greater awareness of the mind-body connection.
Her own struggles have led her on a quest for healing, propelling her into the world of somatic therapy. Along the way, she has come to appreciate the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit and the immense power we hold within ourselves to facilitate healing and growth. She believes that struggles do not define us rather, they serve as catalysts for growth and self-discovery. It's from this place of authenticity and vulnerability that she connects with her clients, meeting them exactly where they are on their journey.
Whether you're dealing with anxiety, trauma, chronic pain, or simply seeking greater self-awareness. Rachel is here to accompany you on your healing journey. Together, you will work towards cultivating resilience, fostering self-compassion, and awakening your innate capacity for healing and transformation.
