Group Sound Journeys


Begin your sound healing journey by relaxing in a comfortable position, whether lying down on a mat, seated in a zero-gravity chair, or using a pillow or eye mask. After a few minutes of breath-focused guidance, a variety of sounds and frequencies are introduced using instruments such as tuning forks, gongs, drums, crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, and voice.

These sounds work to restore balance, release emotions, and heal energy centers, illnesses, and trauma. Each participant receives personalized attention, with instruments placed around the crown or body. Many people report profound experiences, including relaxation, visions, color perception, and emotional shifts. Regular sessions help ease daily life’s challenges.
