When embarking on the journey of family therapy, our primary intention is to foster healing, understanding, and growth within the familial unit. Effective communication is the cornerstone of healthy family relationships. We facilitate open and honest dialogue among family members, enabling them to express their thoughts, concerns, and emotions in a constructive manner.

Explore Family Dynamics

Each family has its own unique dynamics, shaped by a myriad of factors such as upbringing, culture, and past experiences. Our intention is to delve beneath the surface and unravel the intricate patterns and roles that influence family interactions.

Identify Areas of Conflict

Conflict is a natural part of family life, but unresolved conflicts can strain relationships and hinder growth. Our intention is to help families identify and address areas of conflict in a constructive and proactive manner.

Promote Healing and Resilience

Families may face various challenges, including trauma, loss, and transitions, which can impact their well-being and functioning. Through trauma-informed interventions, grief counseling, and resilience-building techniques, we aim to promote healing, foster resilience, and facilitate growth.  

Empowerment and Collaboration

We believe in the inherent strength and resilience of families. Through collaborative goal setting, skill-building exercises, and homework assignments, we work to equip families with the tools and resources they need to create positive change.


By embracing the principles of empathy, collaboration, and empowerment, we strive to support families in building stronger, more resilient relationships that withstand the test of time.  


Sound healing is offered in combination with talk therapy to help treat such conditions as

stress, anxiety, depression, and pain.
